Lora is the Office Manager for Dr. Lints and has worked with him since he graduated in 1989. She has her Associates Degree in Science from Northwestern Michigan College. Lora enjoys working with the patients and staff. She is married and has a 2 year old girl who she spends all of her free time with. She enjoys travel, photography, computers, and rock collecting.

Amy is a registered dental hygienist from Ferris State University. She has worked with Dr. Lints and staff since 1994. Prior to orthodontics, she worked in general dentistry for 8 years. Along with her husband Bill, she has a 6 year old daughter named Lauren who will be in 1st grade at Holy Angels. She happily keeps them on their toes.

Shelley has worked in orthodontics for 30 years – the past ten with Dr. Lints. She loves orthodontics because she enjoys working with kids and really gets a chance to know the patients and their families! She is married to her best friend, Steve. They have four children, four grandchildren and do foster care for teenage boys. They live on a farm west of Kingsley and raise quarter horses, Texas longhorns, pigs and chickens. She also loves dogs. They have eight – all different breeds – big and small!

Tracy has been working for Dr. Lints for 9 years. She works as part of a two person team in the front office. Tracy enjoys the daily tasks of her job and meeting the new patients that come into the office. Tracy has been married for 10 years and has a son who is 6 and a daughter that is 2. Her family has been spending a lot of time at their newly opened restaurant in Interlochen, “Rich’s Family Diner.” 

Shari is a registered dental assistant who has worked in the orthodontic field since 1980. Eight of those years have been with Dr. Lints. She is a native of Traverse City and enjoys all the activities that the four seasons provide. Family and friends occupy much of her time outside of work along with her two sheltie collies, Frisco and Baylee.

Karen is a treatment coordinator and assistant. She will assist you with your first visit to our office. Karen assists Dr. Lints with new patient consultations. Karen will make you feel welcome in our office whether you are a child or adult. She has been with Dr. Lints for 6 years and lives in Lake Ann with her husband Adam and two girls Kayla and Marie. She likes spending time outside fishing, hunting, camping, and playing sports.

Shannon has worked as an orthodontic dental assistant for nearly 10 years and has been working with Dr. Lints for 5 of those years. The thing she likes most about her position is being part of a team that can improve a person’s life by making them smile better. She resides in Kalkaska with her husband and 2 year old daughter. In her free time she enjoys boating with her family. 

Tamara is one of Dr. Lints’ chair side assistants. In September she will be celebrating 5 years of working with Dr. Lints and his great team. She has a total of 23 years experience in orthodontic assisting. She dearly loves meeting and working with each and every patient to help create their great smiles. When she is not present in the office she is “mom” to 3 sons, Dylan -26, Brent – 17, and Tyler – 15. Her hobbies are jewelry making, biking, hiking, quilting, snow shoeing, and rock hunting. Her loves are her church, family, and of course her great job!

Michelle started working as an assistant in general dentistry in 1998 and then began working for Dr. Lints in 2005. She helps handle the insurance in the office as well as working chair side. She has lived in Frankfort for 22 years and has 3 sons, Tyler - 18, Joel - 15, and Owen -13, all of whom are very involved in sports. She loves baseball (especially Frankfort baseball), football, basketball, and track.

Angie has been with Dr. Lints practice for six months now. She has been in the orthodontic field for approximately 16 years. She lives with her husband and 12 year old son Derrick. They make Traverse City their home and enjoy spending time outdoors and at get togethers.
